Here is a film taken of “Les Frères Méduses” live in Agen, France on April 2nd, 2010.  The balkan-inspired music is entitled “No Feathers on this Frog” by Dusan Bogdanovich.   This and a series of other videos will be available on DVD this June.

Very Special thanks to Christophe G. who has put so much time and effort into the filming and editing.  Merci mille fois Pierre M and Pierre C. Also a thank you to our favorite camera lady, Lauréne.

A higher-quality video has been posted by Ben at www.benoitalbert.com.

“les Freres Meduses” coming to the US, France

Benoît Albert and I started a project last year called “les Freres Meduses” (The Jellyfish Brothers) now with 20 scheduled performances. The original collaboration began a dozen years ago in Paris where we aspired to give audiences a serious musical experience. Nowadays, older…, we dashed away those silly serious aspirations and put together a program built o n our own composition and improvisation.  To boot, we have and range of repertoire that includes music from Argentina, Cuba, and the US. Get off your computer, jump in the car and Come See the Show!
